Ed Zwiggelaar, Stefan Giacomini and Dave Gelders acquired 100% of the shares in Glas Compleet B.V. through a Management Buy-Out from founder Ronald Bergen. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

Glas Compleet is a glazier company active in Flevoland, Eemland and 't Gooi. The company serves both the private and business market and has built up a strong market position.

Ed Zwiggelaar, Stefan Giacomini and Dave Gelmers have all been working for Glas Compleet for some time and have been able to fulfill their entrepreneurial ambitions through this Management Buy-Out.
