The company also supplies accessories, for example lids, sets of wheels and clips. Knapzak delivers these ‘Knapzakken’ and ‘Knaphouders’ internationally to the industrial waste collection market.
Rembrandt has assisted the shareholder of Knapzak with the valuation, negotiations with the managementteam and the application for the financing of the transaction.
