Manager Roy Endeman acquired the remaining 90% of the shares in Probis Nederland B.V. from founder Edwin Waterham through a Management Buy-Out. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised both Roy Endeman and Edwin Waterham in realizing this transaction.

Probis Nederland, founded in 2008 by Edwin Waterham, is a specialised electrotechnical company focused on the retail industry. The company focuses on both the installation of new shops and convenience stores as well as the refurbishment/renovations of existing shops and convenience stores. Probis Nederland operates in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and has well-known customers such as Albert Heijn and Jumbo. The company also provides service and maintenance for existing electrotechnical installations.
Manager Roy Endemen has been a minority shareholder of Probis Nederland since 2010. Through this Management Buy-Out he has acquired the remaining 90% of the shares from founder Edwin Waterham and has also realized his ambition of becoming an entrepreneur.
