The management of Rosalink B.V. acquired 100% of the shares in Rosalink through a Management Buy-Out. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the buyer in realizing this transaction.

Rosalink has been an importer of roses since 1999. Today, the company is one of the largest suppliers of African roses, importing around 200 million stems yearly from among others Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Zambia.
