The shares in Sodali B.V. (Family Cards) have been acquired by means of a management buy-out. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the management.

Founded in 1939, Family Cards is a specialist in quality printing of family-related items such as birth announcements, wedding cards, and press-work for special occasions.
