Martijn en Anneke Haakman acquired 100% of the shares in ‘t Streker Tegelhuis B.V. through a Management Buy-Out from Ton Vertelman. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisition advised the parties in realizing this transaction.

’t Streker Tegelhuis is a specialist retailer for tiles and bathrooms. The company has a showroom and a storage in Hoogkarspel and is well-known throughout the region. ‘t Streker Tegelhuis was originally founded by the parents of Ton Vertelman. Ton Vertelman acquired the company 25 years ago.

Martijn Haakman has been involved with the company as a sales specialist for almost ten years. Through this Management Buy-Out Martijn Haakman has realized his ambition of owning his own company together with his wife Anneke.
