Mitchell Roovers and Bas Valk, project managers at Bouwbedrijf Gelens B.V., acquired part of the shares of Eric Goos. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

The company is located in Etten-Leur, in the south of the Netherlands. Eric Goos acquired the shares of the company in 2006 (Rembrandt M&A advised on this transaction as well).
