MBO & Groei Fonds supported the management buy-out in T&A Survey Bodemonderzoek B.V. and T&A Survey Drone Services B.V. by acquiring a minority stake in the total shares. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of T&A Survey Group B.V.
