Meatless sells shares to BENEO

BENEO GmbH, a subsidiary of Südzucker AG, acquired 100% of the shares in Meatless Holding B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction.

Meatless Holding B.V.
Meatless, founded in 2005 and located in Goes, The Netherlands is a supplier of textured plant-based ingredients, with solutions derived from rice, faba beans, wheat, pea, lupin and quinoa. Meatless’ products are sustainable by design, with the production processes achieving a very low carbon footprint.
