The Klein Group acquired 50% of the shares in Arcabo Group. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the buyer in realising this transaction.

Arcabo is market leader in designing, producing and selling chalets and holiday homes in Europe. The company employs more than 250 employees. With this partnership, Arcabo wants to realise its international expansion strategy, by investing in automatization and robotization.
