Partial acquisition of StaminaGroup by MKB Participatiefonds

MKB Participatiefonds II B.V. (‘MKB Fonds’) has acquired an equity interest in StaminaGroup B.V. (‘StaminaGroup’). The team of Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.
