Partial acquistion of Meda-Pak Packaging by Bema Packaging Group

Bema Packaging Group acquired a majority of the shares in Meda-Pak Packaging. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction.

Meda-Pak Packaging
The family-owned company Meda-Pak was originally founded in 1979 and operates as a manufacturer and supplier of (primarily) PVC and aluminium foil rolls for large-scale and professional use. The company purchases rolls which are cut to the desired length in-house. Additionally, the company has its own brand, FreshandEazy, which includes high-quality aluminium and PVC foils and dispensers. Meda-Pak primarily supplies hospitality wholesalers and packaging wholesalers, as well as specialized wholesalers such as hairdressers, butchers, cheesemongers, etc., both domestically and internationally.
