The acquisition of Dijco by AB Texel is pending approval by the Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM). The proposed acquisition includes Dijco's employees, customer base, and fleet.

The Greenery is an international fruit and vegetable company that supplies and distributes a full range of daily fresh fruit and vegetables year-round to (international) supermarkets, wholesalers, caterers, and the processing industry. The Greenery takes care of the supply from Dutch growers, but also imports and purchases products based on market demands.
