Royal Peterson and Control Union Group B.V. (RPCU) has acquired a majority stake in Delphy Group BV. Rembrandt M&A assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

The acquisition will combine Delphy's in-depth domain expertise with the already established international network of RPCU offices, allowing more countries and supply chains to benefit.

Delphy
Delphy is a globally leading agricultural consultancy and research company, focusing on innovation and optimization of crop production and the sustainability of cultivation in agriculture and horticulture. They offer consultancy services, training, and conduct their own research from their research centers for growers, agri-businesses, and other stakeholders in the agricultural sector.

Peterson Control Union
Peterson Control Union is an internationally operating TIC organization focused on inspection and certification in the agricultural, food, energy, and textile sectors. The consultancy branch of Peterson, under which Delphy will fall, offers consultancy in the fields of sustainability, certification, and quality management. They support companies in complying with international standards and regulations, such as sustainability certifications (e.g., FSC, Fair Trade) and environmental management.
